Steps

1. Settings button in the assist window

In the bottom bar of the assist window, next to the minimize button, there is a settings (gear) icon.

2. Quick settings open in a popover

Quick settings open right inside the assist window: conversation language, interface language, the AI models used during the call, and the microphone. Changes apply immediately — the meeting keeps going.

3. Live assist toggles in the quick settings

Above the model selectors, two new controls let you adjust live-assist behaviour without leaving the call. "Hints" switches between "Tap" (suggestions only when you tap a signal) and "Auto" (suggestions stream automatically as each signal fires — higher AI usage). "Map" controls whose speech feeds the Map tab: "Customer" keeps the map focused on the customer's words; "Everyone" includes both sides.

4. Full settings open in the main window

For everything else, "Open full settings" brings up the main window on the Settings screen. The assist window stays on top and keeps listening.
