Adding a meeting for the assistant
This guide shows how to set up a meeting from the "Add to meeting" drawer — give it a name and link, choose the meeting type and language, add context for the assistant, and confirm recording consent.
Steps
1. Open the app

In the sidebar, the "Add to meeting" action sets up a meeting for the assistant.
2. Open the Add to meeting drawer

The drawer slides in from the right: name the meeting, paste its link, pick a type and language, and add context.
3. Name the meeting and add its link

Give the meeting a name and paste its link — Google Meet, Zoom, MS Teams, and more are supported.
4. Pick a meeting type

Meeting type comes from Brain → Meetings: pick one of your signal-template sets and the assistant tracks exactly those signals. Create them in Brain first.
5. Add context for the assistant

Add any context — goals, background, key facts — and it is passed verbatim to the assistant.
6. Confirm consent and add

Confirm you have consent to record from everyone on the call — that enables the "Add to meeting" button.
